- Payment was made but order cannot be fulfilled.
- Wrong item was delivered and cannot be corrected.

- Order is already delivered correctly.
- User provided wrong details and access was activated.
- Subscription period has already started and service is working.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed manually after checking order details and payment proof. Processing time depends on payment method.
